SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping orders will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The online store is not responsible for incorrect shipping data entered by the Customer.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the moment of placing the order in the case of cash on delivery or after recording the payment to the account in the case of prepayment. This usually happens within 24 hours of placing the order, but during periods of increased sales (Christmas, Easter, First Communion) this time may be extended - shipment is delivered at least 48 hours after placing the order. In exceptional cases, e.g. if the goods are out of stock, the shipment may be extended - this is always consulted with the customer.
The processing time does not include the delivery time of the courier. Parcels are delivered only by a courier company. We do not ship via Poczta Polska, Parcel Lockers or other intermediaries.
Fees for the delivery of products are always specified during the ordering process by the Customer.
Delivery fees outside Poland will be determined individually after contact with the Seller.
